Habit Builders are structured programs aimed at helping participants establish lasting habits, based on the premise that it takes around 28 days to form a new habit. The program includes a consistent task for participants, supplemented by weekly educational content and strategies for success.

By the end of the 28 days, participants will have not only formed a new habit but will also be equipped with tools and strategies for maintaining it over the long term. A 2-day wrap-up period reinforces these lessons and encourages reflection on the progress made.

    Week 1

    Introduces the habit, explaining its basics—what it is, why it matters, and how to implement it, with a short video and optional habit-building tips.

    Week 2

    Focuses on preparing participants by exploring why the habit is important to them personally, supported by statistics on habit formation and common pitfalls.

    Week 3

    Emphasizes setting up the environment, offering practical strategies to ensure surroundings are conducive to success.

    Week 4

    Shifts focus to maintaining long-term success, covering strategies to sustain the habit and the benefits of staying committed.
