Employee Wellness Challenges: Where Fun Meets Health
At WellSteps, we’ve taken behavior change to the next level with our gamified Workplace Wellness Challenges. We provide a library of over 20 pre-created Challenges and offer fully Custom Challenges. With Custom Challenges, your employees can create their own 2-week challenges within the Challenges tool, tailored to their unique goals and interests.
By adding leaderboards, animations, vibrant visuals, humor, and games, we make getting healthy something employees actually enjoy. These challenges aren’t just about wellness—they’re about creating lasting habits while having fun.
Our challenges are included in the WellSteps Solution programs or can be offered à la carte, making it easy to fit them into your wellness strategy.

What’s included: Ready-to-use marketing and communication materials; An online platform featuring a program center for every participant; Access to the WellSteps App for seamless engagement; Interactive games and friendly competitions; Flexible options for team-based or individual activities.

Here’s how Custom Challenges work:
- Creation: Users can create their own challenges by entering a title, a custom description, selecting a game board, setting a start date, and defining a custom unit to track.
- Personalization: Employees can design challenges that align with their specific needs and preferences.
- Engagement: The gamified nature of challenges, complete with a game board, chat board, and leaderboard, encourages active participation and friendly competition. Each day that users enter data, the animation will progress.
- Community: Users can invite others to join their custom challenges, fostering a supportive and collaborative wellness community.
- Flexibility: Custom Challenges can be created at any time.
