Karli Jenkins

Ive always loved health, I started in Personal training and it grew from there because I wanted to reach as many people as possible. At a corporate level you can accomplish this. I enjoy being one of the motivating tool to help others improve their quality of life. I always say, “Aim for IMPROVEMENT, not perfection.”

Karli has a Bachelors Degree in Human Performance Management with a minor in Health Promotion, Wellness, Nutrition. Karli is also a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor.
