How soon after an order is placed do the reward emails go out?
Immediately. It typically takes 2-4 business days to place the order after WellSteps receiving the request and funds.
What gift cards are available?

Do gift card rewards have an expiration date?
The reward has to be redeemed through Tremendous within 1 YEAR, but once a recipient redeems (selects) the reward, it is subject to the expiration date of the retailer they choose. In general, branded gift cards don’t expire (e.g. Amazon) but Visa prepaid cards expire 6 months out (the expiration date is listed on the card).
If a recipient accidentally clicks on or selects a gift card they did not intend to, can anything be done?
Unfortunately, no. Tremendous is unable to cancel or exchange merchant gift cards once redeemed, as the funds are transferred directly to the gift card itself.
Can a reward email be resent to a different email address than the one used at the time the order was placed?
WellSteps cannot complete this step once the order was placed however, Tremendous can if provided the with the information. This takes a few business days.
If a physical Visa gift card is selected will it be mailed from WellSteps or Tremendous?
Physical cards are delivered in 7–10 business days via USPS and arrive in a plain white envelope with the following return address: PO Box 780298 #62949, Wichita, KS 67278
How long until the visa card arrives if selected?
Physical cards are delivered in 1-3 weeks via USPS. It will arrive in a plain white envelope.
Can a Visa gift card that has expired be reissued?
No, the option to reissue expired cards is not available.
Can a reward be split into more than one gift card choice?
No, Tremendous is not set up to allow this.
